My feelings of guilt about selfishly being able to enjoy everyone else's life updates, photos, and funny stories and yet not share any of my own has finally motivated me to action. The result....my own blog. I make no promises about interesting entries or even frequent updates (setting the bar low).
I thought long and hard about what I wanted to call this blog. I wanted it to be representative of me and my daily life. This phrase "It's never quite how you pictured it in your head" is something I think often. Most of the time life is far better than I ever could have imagined or dreamed. And when I stop to reflect on how I got here, that phrase runs through my mind. And then there are those days when the inevitable happens. The expectations were set high and it just doesn't quite work out the way you thought it would. And once again, the phrase runs through my mind. What I've learned is it doesn't matter if it's much better or far worse that what you expected. As long as it makes for a great story, it's always worth it.
So, here are my great stories.....
